112314.289very the ok...no prob..my blood is about 6.X....i maintain 7 and below...i m A O K...and my aw ka liao polyclinic dr said i reduced my weight further maybe...no need medication liao..I WILL BE BACK TO NORMAL...

anyway...my body shall be my temple...of buddha...or of god...
with my personal temple back in order...my spirit will be able to soar...

112314.292yes..that's why people tot i lost all my coffin money in CLOB...and my blood and sweat money in my bulldozed gardens are really sad...
BUT NO!!...it was actually a blessing in disguise...
cos when i was rich, i indulged in buffets...FOOD..AND MORE FOOD....and that was why inflicted with diabetes....now..poor i might be...it was a blessing!!
no more piggy indulgence...eat simply...and hence the dramatic improvement in my health...and then since so much time at hand....write bo liao postings..and laugh myself silly...so mentally...i m happy...and that further improves my blood sugar...
and finally now....exercising...challenging my polyclinic aw ka liao dr...that i reduce my weight for him to see...he said..once i succeed that i maybe will be back to normal cos my case looks like a borderline one...
SO DO U THINK IT'S A CURSE OR A BLESSING....THAT I BECOME POOR??
blessing...cos i never felt lighter, happier and calmer...until the last few years....
so no prob!!.....;9)
and hope u will realize ur own indulgence and make a change!

maybe we shoud try ZI YEAN signature dish...THE YI PING GUO....only $48...deer tendons, dry scallops, little abalone (jiu kon) loose sharkfin, mushroom, fish maw etc in a high power lau kuay bu tonic soup....
