ah gal, cun sleep ah ? try essentail oil, Ylang Ylang n Clary Sage very good, can apply at foot sole n temples ( not Masters Temple ), very effective. can cut down sleeping pills, if not serious, no need pill also can.

er...my life is like slowly getting even weirder and more mystic by the days...
a couple of organisations called me to conduct gardening courses for them now....(how they got my info...i dunno)
and all claim to be non profit organisations...me also blurr...dunno which one to start first...at least they got donation, i ve none...ZERO...
and conducting such classes is quite expensive for me...gotta get the plants materials...and then gotta take cab as alot of ting ting tang tang to show and demo to the class...
HOW HUH???
....me retire...and i wanna stay retire and not cong zhu jiang hu...come out to the pugislistic world again.....haahaa...;9)

that plants that are braided is called PA PA LI...in taiwanese very very popular...in engrish it's called PACHIRA EQUATICA...or common name FA CAI SHU...leaves look like tapioca...
how to tell u huh?....ok...top secret...i think it's seeding season now if i m not wrong...in TELOK BLANGAH HILLS...
the seed pods are very big with about 3 to 8 large seeds inside...go pick up the seeds, sow it...
very fast growing...let it grow straggly and long so that u can start braiding it like a pony tail...can use 3 to 6 plants depending how good ur braiding skill is...
then plant the braided up plants into a 6" pot...water and keep in semi shade for optimum growth...
when big, this plant is very flexible can tolerate shade and fun sun. IT'S A TREE ACTUALLY...
but keeping it in pot is suitable too..trouble and pests free. drinks alot though...when too straggly, be bold, kar kar cut down botak leaving only bare stalks. it will grow and branch out more branches...hence it would look even more luscious and bushier...
$10 pls to the next needy uncles/aunties....thank u...
and bo pian lang....if u wanna further classes, u ve to let me know mah...if not how i know whether the response is good or bad, right handsome?...;9)
PS...THIS IS THE COOL DUDE CHIOHUNK ALWAYS SITTING QUIETLY AT THE BACK OF MY GARDENING CLASS...girls..ATTACK HIM!!...;9)
