i often wonder how is it possible there are still fortunate and happy people like your goodself in sg. buddhism aside, winning sweepstakes aside... i really sure like to learn how some people can have so much life energy in them. nothing gets them down, nothing gets the better of them, live life to the fullest and be happy every single day.
i dont eat pao, i drink tea. when am down, i take long long drives. now i cant even do that no more because of the petrol price hike. :(

hmm.. i havent had long walks in a long time. the longest walk i did was 8 hours each day continously for 8 days. did make a difference. cant beat one short walk down to the bus stop one cool morning though. a cold breeze on my face, took a deep breath, instantly i felt a magical moment and all depression was over. that. all that, sadly didnt happen in sg. it must be the lousy air i am breathing here. sigh.

compassion i hv. outer or inner i dont know. waaa you been to the rainbow?! and how come only blue birds can fly? pink ones cannot? :p i aint dreaming of no dream land. i cant even get to sleep, how to even dream? the only sweet lullaby i know and love is deep forest.
alamak, i dont take siew mai too. :p but century egg congee i dont mind. like they say, onz lah! i will drop my car and take singforever's advice to walk. walk all the way to turf whatever city and make sure after poon pee pee i better be able to see the rainbow with blue birds flying. :p
i may even bring my plant and ask you what's wrong with it. after 2 months still no reaction. not dead nor alive. :(

YES...HOW?...simple...breath in slowly...and think of ur green forest...or anything pleasant that had happen to u in ur life.....then breath out...telling urself all the rubbish pent up frustration is expelled along with ur exhaling....and repeat...
u should reach a point u feel very peaceful...THEN U PRAY....
and i believe after that u should ve the sweetest doze u ever wanted......

i cannot love it too much or too little...ideally the perfect dose of tender loving care...u blur?
see...if i love it too much...i bound to feed it with extra fertiliser...extra watering..and soon..I GOT A DEAD PLANT...:)
feed it too little...water too little...and i get again..another SHRIVELLED UP PLANT..
just nice...just right...and it rewards me with the most beautiful bloom i ever seen...AND the intrinsic feeling within me is fantastic..that's why i said :
WHEN A PLANT BLOOMS AT U....U SEE THE BUDDHA!

i have concluded that my only condition is an active mind. so cant sleep. errr about this praying thing. dont pray can or not? dont chant can or not? drink honey, head on north, watch telly till i sleep. though it's sleeping on alternate nights. better than nothing. doesnt affect work much. eat to live. breathe to live (same or different air). live a meaningless zombie life with no purpose in sinkieland. see who will last longer, me or my plant. ha!
btw am also amazed that people can actually retire happy in sinkieland. i want to retire too. now right now.
